You get 24/7 access, the team and mentors backing you at every stage - from the tech to dealing with clients. Over time you unlock your own booking profile and clients from the platform, build your own brand under a shared roof, and grow from freelancer to realizator (engineer). We decide on promotions manually, based on your sessions and your material. Below is the substance: what you do, what you get and how to start.
Who can work with us?
Section titled “Who can work with us?”We look for engineers, producers and sound people who make music themselves and want to run sessions on professional gear. You do not need a portfolio full of platinum records - what counts is how you work at the mic and how you connect with the artist.
The Flightcore team is not an anonymous “studio”. The client picks a specific person - their style, their approach, their sessions. Under one roof we are building six engineer-brands: Dister, Gery, IDEA, EMKAIX, SAMI and SOSAD. Join the crew and you build your own name, but you play by a shared code.
What do you do as a realizator?
Section titled “What do you do as a realizator?”A realizator (engineer) handles the technical side of the recording and makes sure the artist feels at home in the studio. In practice that means:
- Running sessions - from setting up the mic, through recording takes, to a rough mix on the spot.
- Prepping the studio - you check the gear before the session and leave the room ready for the next person.
- Handling the gear - microphones, interfaces, routing; you return the setup to how you found it after the session.
- Working with the client - you confirm the details, explain what is happening and why, and offer the next date.
You work across three recording rooms and the Master Room at Mickiewicza 9/U1 in Warsaw, 600 m from the Dworzec Gdański station.
What does the path from freelancer to realizator look like?
Section titled “What does the path from freelancer to realizator look like?”The path has three stages:
- Client - you book sessions and build your history at Flightcore.
- Freelancer - you create here, grow your profile and experience, and use the studio on preferential terms.
- Realizator (engineer) - you run sessions with your own calendar, booking profile and commission.
We assess moving to the next stage manually - there is no automatic point counter or “percent to promotion”. We look at your sessions, your material and how you fit into the team.
Once you are in, you track your progress and profile completeness in the panel, in the career-path tab.
How do you get paid?
Section titled “How do you get paid?”As a freelancer you work on a preferential model: the studio takes a preferential rate for the room rental (lower than standard rental), and you settle the rest of your fee directly with the client. You set your own rate for your work - we only take a share for the room and the gear.
As a realizator you also earn session commissions from clients who reach you through the platform. Online bookings then go straight to your profile, and settlement happens after the session is delivered.

What do we look at for promotion?
Section titled “What do we look at for promotion?”When moving someone up to realizator, we mainly look at:
- Session experience - how much you actually record and how you handle it.
- Material quality and professionalism - how the output of your sessions sounds.
- Commitment and presence at Flightcore - how much you are part of the crew.
- An accepted realizator agreement - you know and follow the studio’s rules.
- A production portfolio - material that shows what you can do.
This is not a rigid scoring form - we decide based on the full picture.
How do you start?
Section titled “How do you start?”The simplest way in is to get to know us from the inside. Book a session and see how we work, and if it feels like your place - reach out. Do I have to be an experienced engineer to join? No. You start as a freelancer and grow with us. What counts is how you work and the material you make, not seniority.
How much does the studio take from my rate? On the freelancer model, the studio takes a preferential rate for the room rental, lower than standard rental. You set and settle the rest of your fee directly with the client.
When do I get my own booking profile and calendar? The booking profile, calendar, search visibility and commissions unlock once you become a realizator. We assess promotion to that stage manually.
How is promotion to realizator decided? Manually, on our side. There is no automatic counter - we look at your sessions, your material and your presence in the team.
Do I have access to the studio outside working hours? Yes. Once a booking is made, you have 24/7 access to the studio.
Where is the studio located? At Mickiewicza 9/U1 in Warsaw, on the border of Śródmieście and Żoliborz, 600 m from the Dworzec Gdański station.
