Buying a Gift Voucher Step by Step
In short: You buy a Flightcore gift voucher online, without creating an account and without logging in. Three packages are available - Gold for 400 PLN, Platinum for 1660 PLN and Diamond for 3999 PLN. The whole purchase walks you through 3 steps in the order window. You choose a package, provide the buyer’s details and move on to payment. You pay online through a gateway or in cash at the studio. The voucher is valid for 12 months, so the person you gift it to can pick a date at their own pace. The whole thing takes a few minutes.
Where do you find the voucher?

You can find the voucher on flightcore.pl in two ways. The top menu has a VOUCHER button, and the banner carousel has a Voucher prezentowy (gift voucher) slide marked “Bestseller”, with the price “od 400 zł” (“from 400 PLN”) and the tags “Idealny prezent” (a perfect gift) and “Ważny 12 miesięcy” (valid for 12 months). Both lead to the same page - the pricing list at /pl/prices/.
The first time you enter the site, a cookie consent window appears. Just click ZGODA (Accept) to move on.
The voucher is a ready-made gift for someone who dreams of recording in a studio. The person you gift it to decides when to come in and what to record - you are buying them a ready package of time and work from our engineers.
Step 1 - How to choose a package on the pricing page?

On the pricing page, in the vouchers section, three cards are waiting for you. Each has a full list of what is included and a ZAMÓW VOUCHER (Order voucher) button. This is a good moment to compare what each package covers.
- Gold - 400 PLN. An artistic consultation, 2 recording hours, a high-quality song demo and the project stems. A package for a good start and a first serious recording.
- Platinum - 1660 PLN. An artistic consultation, 5 recording hours, a creative mix and mastering, and a live version of the song. More time and a finished, polished sound.
- Diamond - 3999 PLN. An upgrade of your lyrics with a melody, an artistic consultation, production and arrangement of the beat, 3 recording hours, a creative mix and mastering, a live version and three revision versions of the song. Full production from idea to finished track.
Clicking the ZAMÓW VOUCHER button does not take you to another page - it opens the order window with 3 steps. That way the whole purchase stays in one place.
Step 2 - How does package selection work in the order window?

The window opens on the Wybierz pakiet (Choose a package) step. At the top there is a 3-step bar that shows which stage you are on. In the middle you have three package cards - Gold, Platinum and Diamond - with the same prices as on the pricing page.
Under each card there is a Pokaż więcej (Show more) link that expands the full list of what is included, and Pokaż mniej (Show less), which collapses it. So you can review once more exactly what the person you gift it to will get before you decide.
The selected package gets a yellow border, so you can see at a glance which one you chose. Only after you make a selection does the DALEJ (Next) button become active at the bottom. Next to it is a WSTECZ (Back) button, which takes you back to an earlier step at any time.
Step 3 - What details do you provide?

The second step is Dane kontaktowe (Contact details). At the top you mark whether you are ordering as an osoba prywatna (private individual) or as a firma (company). That determines which fields the form asks for.
As a private individual you provide your first name, last name, email, phone number (with the +48 prefix) and address: street, number, postal code and city. When you order as a company, two more fields appear - nazwa firmy (company name) and NIP (Tax ID) - handy when the voucher needs to go on an invoice.
At the bottom you check the consent to data processing, with a link to the Privacy Policy. Consent is required, because it is the basis on which we fulfill the order and send the confirmation. As long as the details are not filled in correctly and the consent is unchecked, the DALEJ button stays inactive.
You do not need an account or a login to buy a voucher - you provide everything in this form.
Step 4 - What do you see in the summary?

The third step is Podsumowanie (Summary). At the top you see the selected voucher with its price, for example Voucher Gold and 400 PLN, and below it the list of details you entered in the previous step. This is the last moment to check that everything is correct.
Have a kod rabatowy (discount code)? You enter it in the field provided and click Zastosuj (Apply) - the amount recalculates right away. The voucher has no installment payment and no extra discount for paying up front, so the price in the summary is the final price.

Step 5 - How to pay for the voucher?

Under the Metoda płatności (Payment method) heading you have two options. Płatność internetowa (online payment) is a fast transfer or card through a secure gateway - you pay for the voucher online right away. Płatność gotówką w studiu (cash payment at the studio) sends the order to us without an online payment, and you settle on site, at Mickiewicza 9.
The button in the footer adapts to your choice. With online payment it shows the PŁATNOŚĆ (Pay) label, and clicking it takes you to the gateway. With cash payment the button moves you forward and hands the order to the studio.
Once the order is placed correctly, you see a confirmation screen. From that moment the voucher is ready to hand to the person you are gifting it to - they have 12 months to pick a date and come to the studio.

Do you need an account to buy a voucher?
Section titled “Do you need an account to buy a voucher?”No. You buy the voucher without creating an account and without logging in - you just fill in your contact details in the second step of the order window and check the consent.
How long is the voucher valid?
Section titled “How long is the voucher valid?”The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. So the person you gift it to has plenty of time to pick a convenient session date at their own pace.
How can you pay for the voucher?
Section titled “How can you pay for the voucher?”You can choose płatność internetowa (online payment - transfer or card through a gateway) and płatność gotówką w studiu (cash payment at the studio). The voucher has no installment payment - you settle the amount in a single payment.
You have a discount code - where do you enter it?
Section titled “You have a discount code - where do you enter it?”In the third step, in the “Kod rabatowy” (Discount code) field. After you click Zastosuj (Apply), the amount recalculates right away, before payment.
Can you get a company invoice?
Section titled “Can you get a company invoice?”Yes. In the second step you select “Zamawiam jako: firma” (Ordering as: company) and provide the nazwa firmy (company name) and NIP (Tax ID). On that basis we will issue a document for the company.
