Getting Started at Flightcore Studios

In short: Flightcore is a recording studio in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district, open around the clock since 2017. You record vocals, produce music, and get mixing and mastering done here. You book a session online or by phone, one hour minimum. Self-recording is 150 PLN/h, a session with an engineer is 200 PLN/h. We work with first-timers and with artists who have platinum records alike. We started in 2017 as F-Light Studio in a Bemowo basement, and today we run a studio in Żoliborz. We have 17+ platinum and 12+ gold records to our name, plus work with Warner Music, Sony Music and the National Philharmonic.

600 meters from the Dworzec Gdański station - reachable by metro, bus or train. It’s about 20 minutes by car from Chopin Airport. There’s a Żabka, a Carrefour, cafes and restaurants nearby.

We don’t have our own parking, but you can usually find a spot nearby (paid parking zone applies). The studio runs 24/7, all week, holidays included.

Prices are gross. The full price list for recording, mixing, mastering, live events and packages is in the pricing, and ready-made gift sets are in packages.

Promos: Happy Hours (8:00-12:00) minus 30%, night package (22:00-6:00) 1000 PLN for the whole night, referral program 50 PLN for every referred hour.

How to book a session

You book a session two ways. The full step-by-step guide is in the Online booking article.

Online (at least a day ahead): go to booking.flightcore.pl, pick a studio and engineer, date and hours, confirm. The system holds your slot for 30 minutes during payment.

By phone (same day):

Minimum booking is 1 hour.

Payments

You pay by card online at booking, in cash on site, or by bank transfer to the company account. Payment before or after the session - as agreed.

If a session runs long, we bill the actual time - you just pay for the extra hours. Late arrivals and cancellations push other clients, so let us know as early as you can when you need to change a slot.

Do I need experience?

No. An engineer walks you through the whole session, even if it’s your first time in a studio. You can come with just an idea for lyrics.

Can I come without a finished beat?

Yes. We can produce one for you - that’s a separate service.

How long is a typical session?

Usually 2-4 hours for one track with recording and basic processing.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, within the studio’s capacity.

Is the studio open at night?

Yes, 24/7. The night package (22:00-6:00) costs 1000 PLN.
