Online Booking Step by Step
In short: You book a session at Flightcore online, without a phone call and without waiting for a reply. The whole process walks you through 5 steps. You pick a studio and an engineer, then the session length and a time slot from the calendar. The system shows the price right away. You pay for your first session online, and book the following ones with no prepayment. A confirmation with the details lands in your inbox. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
Where do you find the booking?
Section titled “Where do you find the booking?”You open the booking on flightcore.pl with the Zarezerwuj termin (Book a slot) button, or BOOKING at the top of the page. A “Booking sesji” window opens with a 5-step bar at the top - the bar shows which stage you are on and how much is left.
You do not need an account to book your first session. An account comes in handy later, when you want your bookings in one place and access to extra payment options - more on that in step 4.
How to choose a studio and an engineer?

You start by picking a studio and an engineer.
You can choose Studio 1, Studio 2, Studio 3, and Całe Studio (the whole complex, exclusively yours). Each room shows its current availability, so you can see at a glance where there is more room.
There is also a Dowolne Studio (Any studio) option. When you pick it, the system asks which rooms to consider and finds the earliest free slot among them. For vocal recording we recommend Studio 1 and Studio 2. Studio 3 is aimed more at producers, for beat-making and production work.
For the engineer you have three paths:
- Samorealizacja (self-service) - 150 PLN/h. You record on your own, in a room with a ready audio chain. Good if you handle the session yourself.
- Dowolny realizator (any engineer) - 200 PLN/h. We assign a free engineer for your slot.
- A specific engineer - from 200 PLN/h. You pick a person by name. Each one shows their earliest free slot, so it is easy to match a specific person’s calendar.
Once the studio and engineer are selected, the DALEJ (Next) button becomes active at the bottom.
How to set the session length and time?

At the top you see a recap of your step 1 choice, for example “Studio: Studio 1, Realizator: Jędrzej Kocoj”. Below it you set the rest.
First the session length - from 1h to 8h. Then you pick a date in the calendar, and the free start times appear on the right. Until you pick a length and a day, the calendar tells you what is still missing.
On the right there is also a Uwagi (Notes) field. This is the place for suggestions about the session - the vibe, references, gear you need. The engineer gets this information before the session, so you get straight to the point.
What does the summary show?

The third step gathers everything into one line: length, studio, day, time and engineer, with the calculated amount next to it. For 2h in Studio 1 with an engineer you will see 400 PLN (2 hours at 200 PLN). The price is calculated from the length and the rate, so there are no surprises.
If you are planning more than one visit, you click Dodaj kolejną sesję (Add another session) and build the whole cart in one go. The number of sessions and the total stay visible at the bottom the whole time.
What details do you provide?

Here you provide your first name, last name, email and phone number, and tick the consent to process your data for handling the booking. The consent is required, because it is the basis on which we run the booking and send the confirmation. Without the consent ticked, the DALEJ (Next) button stays inactive.
Already have an account with us? The Zaloguj się (Log in) button fills these fields in automatically, so you do not retype them on every visit. Extra payment options unlock once you are our client - creating an account alone does not change them. You do not need an account for your first booking.
What does the payment look like?

The last step is choosing a payment method. You pay for the first session via Płatności internetowe (online payments) - a quick transfer or card through a secure gateway. The Inne formy płatności (other payment methods) option opens for our returning clients.
Have a discount code or a voucher? You enter it in the field at the bottom and click ZASTOSUJ (Apply) - the amount recalculates right away. When everything checks out, you click PŁAĆ ONLINE (Pay online) and move to the payment gateway.
Paying for the first session upfront is how we keep the schedule tight. Every following booking you make with no prepayment.
What do you get after booking?

After paying you will see the “Twoja rezerwacja przebiegła pomyślnie” (Your booking was successful) screen, and a confirmation email arrives at the address you gave: studio, day, time, engineer and exact directions.
From that moment the slot is yours. Just come to Mickiewicza 9 and step into the booth - we take care of the rest.
Frequently asked questions about online booking

Section titled “Do I need an account to book a studio?”No. You can book and pay for your first session without creating an account - the contact details in step 4 are enough. An account comes in handy on later visits, because it fills your data in automatically. Extra payment options depend on whether you are already our client, not on the account itself.
How much does an hour in the studio cost?
Section titled “How much does an hour in the studio cost?”Self-service is 150 PLN/h, a session with an engineer is 200 PLN/h, and selected engineers are from 200 PLN/h up. The price for the whole booking is calculated automatically from the session length, and you see it in the summary before you pay anything.
Why does the first session have to be paid online?
Section titled “Why does the first session have to be paid online?”Prepayment for the first visit lets us hold the reserved slots with confidence. Every session after that you book with no prepayment.
I have a voucher or a discount code - where do I enter it?
Section titled “I have a voucher or a discount code - where do I enter it?”In step 5, in the “Masz kod rabatowy lub voucher?” field. After you click ZASTOSUJ the amount recalculates right away, before payment.
Can I book several sessions at once?
Section titled “Can I book several sessions at once?”Yes. In the summary (step 3) you click Dodaj kolejną sesję (Add another session) and add more visits to a single cart. The total and the session count stay visible at the bottom the whole time.
I am not sure which studio to pick - what then?
Section titled “I am not sure which studio to pick - what then?”You choose Dowolne Studio (Any studio). We will give you the earliest free slot in a room matched to your session. The differences between the rooms are described in the Studios section.
